Attitudes

Although people complain about with great frequency that which does not have, there is another issue that deserves our attention: what we have in excess.

Indeed, the excesses tend to be more harmful than the faults, but take longer to be perceived. The faults we noticed immediately, only when the excesses awaken our consciousness.
We eat too much (note yourself), overwork (walks tired, is not it?), Keep things in excess (take a look in your drawers), we care too much about the opinions of others ... There are too many concerns and accumulation of
"fat" in several areas of our lives.

In general, we have more than we need to be happy, but still insisting on the excuse that we are not happy because we lack something. And indeed lack: lack assume a lifestyle that is more frank, open and free.

All we demand too much time and energy to be administered. Too many clothes, CDs, too, too much clutter, too many memories (stay with the worth, for learning and happiness they brought), other commitments, too hastily.

All will benefit by practicing certain level of minimalism (without excesses, because it can also be too much). We can reinvent our way of life to live as needed. Need not be the minimum necessary, there may be some leftovers, but without the usual hype.

Living better with less. This brings a feeling of lightness and happiness so wonderful that everyone should at least try. At best, we learn and adopt a new lifestyle.


Who is in the process of change, recognizes how quickly accumulated in excess of things, and learns that he can live as well or better, with much less!

If you go camping, we are happy with just a backpack ...

Get rid of the excesses of all kinds: information overload (actually, it's just too much noise, nor deserve your attention), excess of products and services (consumption and an outlet for do not look to our own existence and the void that we seek in vain to fill with shopping), excess of relationships (not all are worth it, right?). Live longer with less experience some level of minimalism. Allow yourself to feel free of accumulations and excesses.

Nothing is more rewarding than liberty, the feeling that you just without an arsenal of things, sounds and colors around them. Dedicate yourself to experience the liberating feeling. Who knows how to live with little, always know how to live in any situation, but those who only know how to live with much, and absences in the least suffer trials and despair. The latter is confused with its excesses ... and in their absence do not recognize.

We never know whether we will live with what we have, more or less on the day of tomorrow, but if we learn to live with what is essential, always live well.

Any excess energy is stored in an unsafe location, stagnating the flow of life. Too much excess corresponds to a lack of self. And if what you need is you, nothing can fill that void ...
